High School Tips

1. Keep your legs shaved in the winter, because you never know when a guy's gonna pull your jean leg up and feel your leg
2. Be nice to everyone, you never know if they're friends with your crush
3. Never dish out gossip/hating/crush in a public bathroom, do it in the hallway where it's hard to hear

The Biggest Fashion Mistake Ever

People say the biggest mistake was the '80's, the hair, the clothes...but, that was all, the music was amazing, so were the movies, we had great movie stars and bands.  And Rock of Ages totally proves that.  Great music, great actors, a great time.  And did I mention the sex, music, and rock and roll? And if you asked me, the '90's were a bigger mistake:)

Summer Heat

Yah, summer is finally here!  We all love it!  But, I love summer for another reason, less people worry about the way they look.  Yes, the fashion lover said it, but don't we all need a break?  So through this simmering heat don't something you wouldn't, if people don't like it' they don't care, they're to busy thinking about the pool.  But, if you do something great, that's what they remember.

Back Again!!!

I really need to post on here more but, you know, I'm busy.  Not really much to say in fashion, except that Macy's is having a HUGE sale.  They have the most ah-dorable knits-for five dollars!!! Seriously, stock up for winter now, because we all know, fashion changes, but classic is forever (soclassic=knits).  My tip?  Buy in classic colors and styles (i.e. black, navy, dark green, gray) and long (ish) sweaters will always work with leggings and leather boots.

Color Wheel

Color wheels always helps, they show you what colors are good together here's a simple one:  one that's a little more complicated:and more complicated:just don't use colors that are exactly opposite of each other, unless they're more subdued.

Why You've Come

What inspires you?  Anything, nothing, plants, chairs, animals?  Everyone has something, mine is clothes, obviously.  And I guess if you're reading this, you love clothes and fashion, so hey.  And I hope if you get stuck , hit a fashion block you'll follow me and get some inspiration.  Or if you don't know anything about fashion, this'll give you a foundation for it.  So, thanks for reading

I'm Back!!

Sorry I haven't been on in a few months, I've been SO busy.  My dance team went to competition, we had finals, Christmas, and I went to Disney.  I performed at the Capital 1 Bowl!!!  In front of 70,000 people.  I was on the jumbo tron!!!! Me of 600nother girls they put me up there while I was dancing!!! Can you say awesome.  And with this I'm going to put a very important fashion tip.  If you're going to do something stressful, try to remember to wear deodorant, I forgot, but thank God it was only 60 degrees outside.  So remember,  sweat stains are SO not fashionable.

Tornado Drill

Monday Afternoon, last class (except homeroom) I'm trying to do a science expirament in science when I hear a really annoying sound, like, faraway lawn mower.  My lab group and I figure it out, it's a tornado warning at this tiny town like a mile away. Then the tornado bell goes off at school we all go out to the hallway and we sit out there for like 15 min. Then it ends they tell us no homeroom finish class. 2 min later the tornado siren goes off AGAIN!!!! At 3:35 (we're supposed to get out at 3:40) we sit there for 1/2 hour and then wait 25 min for the buses to get there (they were stuck at the elementary school) but we braided this guys hair (think Justin Beiber length) and he let me take a pic of it ;)

Trend Alert**

Have you seen the dresses that make you look way slimmer becauseit's everywhere!!  I think it's pretty cool, one small step for fashionistas, one giant step for fashion-kind, I want to lose who knows how many inches of my hips, do you? send me a comment I want to know.

RIding Boots

One of the things I MUST have for fall is riding boots, brown please. Does anyone like riding boots? Post a comment and tell me.  I love hearing your guys' opinion.

Fashion Tip #2

Never wear black shoes with brown pants, or the other way around. Just use brown or just use black, never keep them together, unless they're in a shirt together.

The Power of People

I was on msn and look what I found animaltrackers.today.msnbc.msn.com people from all over the world sent in sweaters to help these little penguins.  At my school we're helping food finders, every year we get the most food because we spend 2 weeks with several different themed days. We always get 1st place, but we want to get last place, so the other schools bring in as much food as us. It reminds you that there are some good people in the world.

I see London, I see France, I didn't want to see that!

Getting on the bus this morning I was stopped by my mom, I was wearing white pants and had forgotten that I had on underwear with black butterflies on it, you could so tell! Thank goodness she stopped me.  I do not want to get on the bus(and later school) looking like that.

The Performance

I performed at the football game today, we were doing a dance clinic for little kids at the elementary schools.  They were so cute!!!!  They didn't know the dance but what can you expect from little kids?  When we were performing one of the other girls on the dance team accidently hit me in the face with her pompom. Oops!!!

The Printer and Why I Hate It

The printer is evil, it kills all the paper, it won't print the report that's due tomorrow, at 10 on a Sunday night, it won't take to my new laptop, no matter how much I scream at it and threaten to throw it out the window(which I wouldn't by the way, wastes to much money, but don't tell it I said that), how it never does anything for me but when mom walks in, it does it obediantly like a trained puppy.

Fashion Tip

Never wear jewelry thats to clunky, it takes attention away from your face and makes it look like everyone is staring at your chest, they(most of the time) aren't. Unless its with a simple top/dress

Sunday Nights 2

And I like Panam, because of the clothes. And I really like the 50's for the clean lines and nice people though I guess Panam isn't as nice as you'd think
